Conferência Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora
O Caderno da Oficina Vivência em Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora chega como um instrumento de fortalecimento do debate e da ação coletiva em defesa da saúde de quem trabalha. Produzido no contexto das etapas municipais e regionais da 5ª Conferência Estadual de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora (5ª CESTT), o documento reúne um conjunto robusto de textos, marcos legais, portarias, resoluções e reflexões críticas que ajudam a compreender os desafios e possibilidades da política pública no campo.
Os termos Saúde Pública e Saúde Coletiva são facilmente confundidos, uma vez que as diferenças entre eles são muito sutis, mas existentes. E foi sobre esta ótica que o pesquisador da UFBA Jairnilson Paim proferiu a palestra de abertura do ano letivo da ENSP em 2014. A exposição, realizada no dia 26 de março, traçou ainda um histórico da formação da Saúde Coletiva no país, que nasceu junto com o movimento da Reforma Sanitária brasileira. Pronunciamento do sanitarista Sergio Arouca durante a 8ª Conferência Nacional em Saúde, realizada em março de 1986, em Brasília (DF), que representa um marco na história do SUS. Arouca, em seu célebre discurso, discorre sobre o conceito ampliado de saúde -- formulado no evento -- definido como completo bem-estar físico, mental e social e não a simples ausência de doença.
A 5ª Conferência Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora se propõe a ser um momento decisivo na ampliação da concepção de Saúde do Trabalhador como um Direito Humano. Este enfoque busca transcender os marcos regulatórios tradicionais - trabalhista, previdenciário, sanitário, ambiental, civil, econômico, e outros - que, apesar de sua importância, têm mostrado limitações substanciais na prevenção das adversidades enfrentadas no mundo do trabalho.

RESOLUÇÃO Nº 494, DE 27 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2013
O Plenário do Conselho Nacional de Saúde, em sua Ducentésima Quinquagésima Primeira Reunião Ordinária, realizada nos dias 6 e 7 de novembro de 2013, no uso de suas competências regimentais e atribuições conferidas pela Lei no- 8.080, de 19 de setembro de 1990, pela Lei nº 8.142, de 28 de dezembro de 1990, e pelo Decreto nº 5.839, de 11 de julho de 2006, resolve: Aprovar o Regimento Interno da 4a Conferência Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora.

O Conselho Nacional de Saúde (CNS) aprovou a convocação da 5ª Conferência Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora (5ª CNSTT), a ser realizada em 2025. O tema central da conferência será "Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora como Direito Humano".
A 5ª CNSTT terá como objetivo avaliar os avanços e desafios na área da saúde do trabalhador desde a última conferência, realizada em 2014, e propor diretrizes para a construção de uma política nacional mais robusta e eficaz.
A Prefeitura de Ubá, através da Secretaria Municipal da Saúde, Centro de Referência em Saúde do Trabalhador - CEREST/Ubá e Conselho Municipal de Saúde, convida para o 1º Fórum do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora da Região de Saúde de Ubá e Muriaé, a realizar-se dia 30 de abril, de 08h às 12:30h na Câmara Municipal de Ubá.
O Acre realizará, entre os meses de abril e maio, três conferências macrorregionais, em preparação para a 2ª Conferência Estadual de Saúde do Trabalhador e Trabalhadora, prevista para ocorrer em junho. O objetivo é discutir e implementar a política de saúde do trabalhador em consonância com as diretrizes da 14ª Conferência Nacional de Saúde.
